Great white wine. One of the best I drank so far this year. Lemon on the first nose, butter and lemon on the second. Very crisp acidity for this medium to full bodied wine. Taste of lemon, pears! and nuts. Long finish. Very good for the price. 17.5/20 $$1/2

Lovely brick red color. Blackberry, blackcurrant and coffee on the nose and sustained on mid-palate upon initial tasting. The forward, heavy tannins should diminish with further bottle aging. There is good depth overall but more balance would help. Reasonable value though less impressive than the 2005.

Chocolate and plums on the nose. Lots of tobacco in the mouth. Basically, however its very fruity and drinking very well now.

80% sauvignon blanc, 20% semillon. Aromas of salt air and minerals mix with notes of tart citrus as well as a hint of white pineapple. A bright, high-acid release typical of the white wines from this property, a worthy accomplishment considering the ... Alex Shaw. The Domaine de Lagravière, famed since time immemorial for its excellent terroir and this famous "hillock" of gravel. In honour of the Count Hippolyte of Malartic, admiral who served the Kings of France and owner of the Domaine in the 18th Century, the Château was renamed Malartic-Lagraviere.Bought by Michèle and Alfred-Alexandre Bonnie at the end of 1996, the estate has been completely renovated. All the conditions have been united to make Malartic-Lagravière's wines worthy of their place amongst the greatest Bordeaux: a terroir and vineyard of high standards, innovative and high performance equipment devoted entirely to traditional winemaking methods, and a committed and passionate team. One of the only six classified growths both for its red and white, Château Malartic-Lagravière's wines are well known all over the world for their complexity, power, elegance and balance.

A blend of 80% Sauvignon and 20% Semillon that hit 14% natural alcohol, this is serious wine boasting notes of lemon and lime marmalade intermixed with honeysuckle, a whiff of freshly cut grass and a waxy, melony character. Aromatically complex, this... Robert Parkers Wine Advocate. A Bordeaux Blanc wine from Bordeaux in France. 2009 Malartic-Lagraviere Blanc 750ml

Balanced between ripe white fruits, with a hint of peach and a full texture of pear skins. The wine is powerful, the structure solid, but the freshness is delicious. Robert Parkers Wine Advocate. A Bordeaux Blanc wine from Bordeaux in France. 2009 Malartic-Lagraviere Blanc 750ml

Delicious on the nose. Apple pie and subtle pineapple aromas follow through to a full body, with beautiful fruit and a long finish. -JS Wine Spectator. A Bordeaux Blanc wine from Bordeaux in France. 2009 Malartic-Lagraviere Blanc 750ml
