Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

At 8 years, this wine displays a beautiful, deep cherry-red color and a lovely scent of sweet cherry, plum and cream with a touch of dried (candied) fruit and cured tobacco. On the palate, the flavor is of the finest cherry kirsch with a hint of banana and leather. A very fine wine. 92 points.
