Der Wein ist harmonisch und zeigt ein grosszügiges Bouquet. Im Geschmack erkennt man die sehr würzige Frucht mit Röst- und Vanillearomen. Er hat eine sehr schöne, kraftvolle Tanninstruktur und wirkt dadurch seidig und elegant.

Sattes Purpur. Leicht animalische, dann rauchige Nase. Fleischig im Ansatz, mit einer gehörigen Portion runder, saftiger Tannine. Langes Finale. Ein fülliger, reicher Wein.
