Winemaker's Notes:

Deep crimson with ruby tints. In the nose it is lively and generous with aromas of red fruit and liquorice. Structured and rounded on the palate with a long finish revealing lovely mature tannins – mild and silky. Just the wine to be laid down in a cellar for two or three years to reach its best. Perfect with meat in a sauce, game birds, and cheeses.
