Well-balanced, an excellent value for the cost.
Ive read several reviews of the 2004 vintage, and if you do the same, you will notice a common theme occurring when people taste this wine..Those who pop and drink give outrageously negative reviews-calling this wine a barnyard bomb or a dirty young model that requires much more cellaring to be approachable. Yet, those who take some time and decant this wine for at LEAST and hour will find, like myself, that this is TRULY a remarkable wine that will blow you away with the high perfumes and elegant bouquet found in much older vintages of high-end garage wines such and the 96 Chateau Potelle Cabernet and other hard to find treasures...I found it at a higher price than is usually seen on the internet at my local store at about 23 us dollars, but i promise you-If you take some time with this wine, you will absolutely love it, and will be beating down the door of your local retailer to get more, as i have. This wine is a great value and deserves nothing less than a 92+ rating..Nuff said
Just had a 2003 with Melody--tasty!
