Extremely full-bodied and stunningly rich with a multi-layered texture, sweet tannin, and a 45-second finish, this exceptional 2006 is one of the great wines of St.-Emilion." A real stunner with a cherry fruit and kirsch nose. Big rich kirsch fruit on the palate. Elegant. Balanced acidity and a spicy finish on tannins. Very impressive St. Emilion.

Initially the wine is all firm tannins, but then there is a pure line of fresh black fruits that comes through, with cranberry tannins and blackberry jamminess. Above it all, is succulent richness and clear acidity. A beautifully shaped wine. R.V. Wine Enthusiast. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2006 Angelus 750ml
