A very lush, tropical style, with mouthfilling, creamy-textured mango, peach, fig and apricot flavors that are all woven together nicely. Offers lots of toasted hazelnut and ginger cream on the finish, where you can really see the depth.-J.M. Wine Spectator. A Sauternes Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2011 Lamothe-Guignard 750ml

Delicate and elegant on the nose with aromas of peaches and pears. It s straightforward and not too rich. The finish shows botrytis and lots of oranges and spices. James Suckling.

Mid copper. Real punch - almost like a Caribbean rum punch there is clearly so much alcohol and sweetness here plus a bit of tropical fruit. Sweetness and weight and completeness in traditional style. Much less obviously `refreshing than most others. This is big! Chewy finish. RS 125 g/l TA 4.5 g/l. 17.5 out of 20 Jancis Robinson.

The 2010 Lamothe Guignard has a tightly wound bouquet with touches of lemon curd spice pear skin and light honey good definition and freshness. The palate is fresh and taut on the entry with good minerality including notes of citrus lemon pear almond and honey. The definition and focus on the finish is accomplished with a vibrant spicy finish that is most appealing. -Neal Martin Robert Parkers Wine Advocate.

Thick and very sweet, with lots of honey notes and an almost syrupy structure. Spicy botrytis on the finish. A little loosely knit, but interesting. Wine Spectator. A Sauternes Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2009 Lamothe-Guignard 375ml
