A toast to the summer! This clear, straw-colored white Bordeaux blend of mainly Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes is sure to captivate the crowd on your patio this summer. The nose is complex with beautiful notes of lemony citrus, apple, pear and plenty of minerals. Medium-bodied and clean, it possesses a harmonious balance of ripeness and acidity that passes through the palate, laying a foundation for a long, mouth-watering finish. Pair this extraordinary value tonight with a shrimp Caesar or light chicken dish and your dinner party is sure to be a success.

A great buy! You can tell from the nose how super-ripe it is. Grapefruit, ginger, quince, and a whole slew of citrus oil aromas and flavors coalesce beautifully in this refreshing and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, moving from in-your-face fruit, to tangy acidity, into a conclusive, pitch-perfect harmony. Enjoy it while it's young and spry.
