A dry white Bordeaux wine, made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc 40%, Sémillon 40% and Muscadelle 20%. This blend, based on ancient tradition, is rare in Bordeaux these days. Round, smooth, and fruity. This wine is ideal as an aperitif and with fish, seafood (oysters, mussels), or goat's cheese. Best enjoyed young (within 2 years of the vintage).

Château Lamothe has belonged to the family since 1956. Château Sauvage was added in 1978 and Château Manos in 1991. Anne and Fabrice Néel took over the estate in 1972. They have been assisted since 1997 by their daughter, Maria, and her husband, Damien. They began with 6 hectares in 1972 their 3 estates now total 85 hectares.
