A real achievement for the vintage, boasting plenty of fruit, tobacco and dark chocolate character. Full-bodied and velvety; impressive richness of ripe tannins. Better in 1997. -JS Robert Parkers Wine Advocate. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 1992 Lafite-Rothschild 750ml

Length of ageing in oak barrels : 18 to 20 months, including 100% new barrels Average annual production : 15,000 to 25,000 cases per year
