Notes of Cab Franc shine against the dominant Merlot in this Bordelaise red. Deep cocoa and dark vanilla merge with dried cassis and currants steeped in incense. This evolving red has has a fleshy texture, ripe tannins and balanced acidity. A wine for a classic steak bordelaise.
