Tasting Notes: This very coloured wine resulting from organic culture of a beautiful dress cherry and a beautiful brightness, is very fuity with flavours of fruits red, cooked fruits, leather, animal, blackcurrant, spices and truffle. In mouth, this wine is fine, and long testing. Percentage Grape: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 10% Grenache Soil: slopes on grounds argilo-limestones in the medium of the scrubland Date of Harvest: mi september Vinification Length: long cuvaison 6 to 8 weeks Vinification Method: Traditional method, compartmental wine making, wine not stuck and not filtered. It's initially soft on the palate, but after a deliciously fruity mouthful it's evident that it also has some good tannic structure. This is a really good wine!!
