Percentage Grape: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon<br/><br/>Soil: 19.5-hectare vineyard with 11 situated on the Néac plateau in clayey-sandy soil with gravelly subsoil; 8.5 hectares on the Lalande plateau in deep gravelly soils with 10% clay<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: hand-harvesting<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Pre-fermentation, cold maceration at 10° C; 3-4 week maceration in stainless steel tanks<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 %

<p>Ch&acirc;teau la Fleur Morange is located in Saint-Pey-D'Armens. The vineyard is a 4 acre plot of unique soil which has 100 year old vines. The chateau's vineyards are planted with 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.</p>
