- Distinctive and appealing alternative white blend of Vermentino and Grenache Gris. Light and more interesting than Pinot Grigio, with hints of citrus and anise. No malolactic and no wood aging, but an extremely round mouth-feel, due to weekly batonnage (lees-stirring).
