User Reviews for Château Ksara Rosé Blend Sunset

Winemaker's Notes:

Over the past decade, Ksara has seen the introduction of new grape varieties that have grown into vines that the Bekaa valley has blissfully nurtured. Ksara has also seen developments in techniques such as vine cultivation on wires and the attentive application of advanced science by French oenologists, who watch over the vinification, fermentation and decanting processes. Today, the wines of Ksara have a specific character, described as a “rare balance of dry fruitiness, of delicacy and coarseness, and of freshness and vigour.” They are the new image of a deliberately international vineyard and producer. Made from Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, this rosé wine has an aroma of red berries and spice with a roundness on the palate complemented by a fresh and lively finish. Served young, it is agreeable and goes ideally with mezze, salads, pizzas, and vegetables, as well as with white meat and fish.
