Chateau Ksara Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Member Review by Purplebarrel:

Color black cherry, the nose tilts towards bell pepper and toasted oak, the texture is little bit behind in the middle of the palate while the tannins are strong on the finish, quite unbalanced and the tannins will soften up with time

Climatic conditions in the Bekaa provide Ksara's vineyards with exceptional advantages. There is almost no rainfall during the growing season and diseases seldom strike the vines. Over the past decade, Ksara has seen the introduction of new grape varieties that have grown into vines the Bekaa valley has blissfully nurtured. Ksara has also seen developments in technique such as vines cultivation on wires and the attentive application of advanced science by French oenologists.
