Chateau Haut-Vigneau Pessac-Leognan 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Located in the commune of Martillac, Haut Vigneau produces a classic Pessac-Leognan styled wine. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, and aged in 20% new oak barrels, it displays pleasing aromas of blackberry and black currants on the nose, along with subtle smoky notes. The supple, well integrated tannins provide enough structure to age several years, though it is drinking very well already.
