Young wine. Needs to air.
Amazing nose - pine, green leaves. Licorice. Smooth. A wonderful Margaux!
Found this wine to be uninteresting. Weak on the nose (most Margaux have a nice bouquet). Lacks flavors and length. Nothing to do with the young age. It was not particularly tannic.
Carafer 30 minutes, ce vin est exceptionnel après 8 ans.
I received a bottle of your 1993 Chateau Tayac Margaux several years ago and the bottle has been in cellar storage until two weeks ago. Opening up the bottle, letting it breath, nosing the glass, sifting the wine... fabulous. Whishing I had several more. Will be looking forward to obtaining several bottles of 2000 and cellaring to enjoy in a few year. 4.5 glasses Wurdack, Washington, Missouri, USA
