RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
Editorial Reviews for Chateau Haut Brion Graves
Black currants and smoked chilies on the nose with some toast, gravel and floral notes – fairly big and ripe in the mouth with a bright, precise feel, tannins are firm but very unobtrusive, excellent length and purity on the finish with long red fruit tones and slightly herbaceous/chili echoes (91-92)

Rated - No tasting note given. Robert Parkers Wine Advocate. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2007 Mission Haut Brion, La 750ml
43% Merlot 44% Cabernet Sauvignon 13% Cabernet Franc. The color is dark inky purple almost opaque. The fruit is black berry and plum framed in mocha and caramelized toffee nougat. The palate is medium to full bodied with a beautiful attack of bright and pure red and black fruits with a hint of mocha chocolate framed in by well integrated tannins. I put this one at the top of my list for the vintage of First Growths along with Chateau Latour. Fat mid-palate and richness with plus concentration that everyone would want in a world class wine. Power and grace. Andy Frieden.
Purple and intense color. Nose appearing a bit discreet yet fine and fruity. On the palate the wine shows structure yet also some rusticity and a good weaving. With good presence in the mid-palate it evolves rich and also tannic. And yet it has not press wine. Nice aromatic and distinguished length. Jean-Marc Quarin - www.quarin.com

Vielschichtige Fruchtaromatik, rote Beeren. Opulenter Körperm seidige Tannine. Lang und ausgewogen im Nachklang.
Complex aromas of lilacs, honey, pineapple, papaya and cream follow through to a full body, with incredible intensity on the palate. Lasts for minutes. Bright and crisp acidity, but an intense tropical fruit character as well. More structured than mo... Wine Spectator. A Bordeaux Blanc wine from Bordeaux in France. 2007 Haut Brion Blanc 750ml
The 2007 La Mission Haut Brion, a candidate for wine of the vintage, exhibits a dense ruby/purple hue along with notes of melted licorice, blueberries, cassis, burning embers, and charcoal, sweet tannin, medium to full body, a fleshy mouthfeel, and an endearing succulence as well as lushness. Already appealing, it should continue to evolve and drink well for 15+ years. It is a great success for the vintage.
