Food Pairings for Château Graville-Lacoste Graves White
This was unusual and tasty, complex and well-balanced with various enticing elements in similar proportions. Nose of moist dog fur, bay leaves, hints of minerals, In the mouth savory, chewy, sourish nectarine, grass, bay leaves, and minerals, all in good balance. Finish short to medium with similar elements. Dry. Body medium or lighter, acid medium. Semillion, Sauv blanc, and muscadelle.
Tasted better when I had in a restaurant but this is a fantastic white bordeaux!
When you put your nose to a glass of the Chateau Graville-Lacoste from Graves aromas of peaches grass minerals and citrus leap out. In the mouth the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced with clean fresh fruit flavors. The finish has good length with bright acidity.
