"Robert Parker 89+: A deep ruby/plum color is accompanied by sweet/smoky herb aromas intermixed with notes of incense, black cherries and earth. Medium to full bodied and ripe with moderately astringent tannin, this 2003 requires 2-3 years of celleraring and should drink well over the following 10-12. (6/06) Wine Spectator 90: Aromas of raspberry jam and light smoke. Full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long vanilla, chocolate and berry aftertaste. Lots of fruit in this one. Best after 2009. 3,580 cases made. "
