I had this 2007 along side of the 2006. Almost like a different wine all together, but a beauty never the less. Bright red fruits, with tannins that are present, but yield to early drinking pleasure. I find this wine to be fresh and exciting. A wine that drinks well early, it's open and good to go as of early 2010. I find this wine neither better nor worse than the 2006, but a whole different experience. One of the better wines of 2007 Bordeaux.

Dark red color of good intensity. Aromatic fine fruity and subtle nose. There is a coffee characteristic evoking some graves terroir. Very well built on the palate it is velvety on entry juicy in its development and mellow all along the tasting. It shows coated tannins followed by a good aromatic persistence. A success of the vintage. Jean-Marc Quarin - www.quarin.com

Deep dark violet color shows excellent concentration. Gorgeous aromas of dried fruits with candied cherry, and boysenberry. Nice texture throughout and not quite as thin as some other examples. The finish is defined by some sweet oak and chocolate. Alex Lallos. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2007 Gazin 750ml
