Some notes of chocolate and cedar aromas follow through to a medium body, with fine tannins, mature red fruits and a clean finish in this very nice Bordeaux. Pretty and pleasant.[44% cabernet sauvignon, 44% merlot with some cabernet franc and petit verdot]*Kosher.*

Herbaceous with a sweet edge, violet pastille, a bit gravelly, lightly fruited nose – ripe entry, medium bodied, minerally mid-palate, nice balance, small but stiff tannins, really nice weight with good power and follow through if a touch rustic. (87-88)

The wine pours a deep garnet color, with aromatics of blackberry, spice, cigar box and fresh asphalt. The palate currently shows ripe fruits such as plum and currant, with well-integrated oak influences. This main estate wine has a complex mineral style with touches of ruby. Its personality develops with balance and smoothness. With time the sweetness and elegance of its tannins gives a remarkable balance and harmony. One finds traces of roasted coffee beans and toast that develop with time.E

An even blend of Cabernet and Merlot gives this wine concentrated flavors of cherry and plum. Goes with many dishes such as veal, chicken and full-flavored fish.
