Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Oak. Good balance. Concentrated, full of deep fruit and roasted aroma.

Kitűnő bor amely még 10-15 évet is tárolható és finomodik bár már most is tökéletesen egybe van. 2009-ben vásároltam.

Chateau Fleur de Fonplegade is a clean, well focused wine displaying abundant up front plum and red fruit flavors, medium body, fine-grained tannins and a bright, fruit-tinged finish.

Wine Advocate ReviewRated 92Now owned by an American syndicate, this hillside property, not far from Angelus, has been completely renovated, and the quality has risen with each new vintage. The finest wine Ive tasted over the last three decades is their 2005, which exhibits a dense purple color as well as a sweet nose of black currant and cherry jam intermixed with licorice, smoke, espresso roast, and scorched earth. Full-bodied with impressive concentration, a beautiful texture, and a long, 40+ second finish, this superb wine is unquestionably a sleeper of the vintage. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2030.Wine Tasting NotesChateau Fonplegade possesses deep purple color with solid concentration throughout. Fills the nose with hints of fresh berries and delicate graphite. An intense, full bodied and well defined wine with a dramatically long finish, sweet notes of red and black fruits and a hint of both crushed rock and new oak.

Composed of grapes from the younger blocks of vines from renowned Saint-Émilion producer Chateau Fonplégade, the Fleur is incredibly bold and powerful, with firm tannins and a velvety smooth finish. Built to last for the long haul, yet a few hours of decanting help make it enjoyable now. Dusty/earthy notes on the nose, with an underlying structure of blueberries and black currant. Set to perfectly complement duck confit or Beef Wellington.

The second wine of Chandacirc;teau Fonplandeacute;gade, a newly restored estate on the famous limestone plateau of Saint Emilion. Made from younger vineyard blocks but vinified the same way as Fonplandeacute;gade, this clean, well-focused wine has abundant plum and red fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins and a bright finish.

Barrel sample. Very jammy fruit, where the sweetness seems to dominate. It is accessible, the tannins open, opulent, with a ripe structure. It works though, as a rich wine.

This is inviting, with delicious raspberry ganache, cherry reduction and sweet spice notes all pushed by racy licorice and toast. The slightly firm, muscular finish should stretch out with a touch of cellaring. Drink now through 2015.
