Château Fleur Cardinale:
This estate was bought by Florence and Dominique Decoster in 2001 and after investing a great deal of time,effort and money it was promoted to Grand Cru Classse status in the contentious 2006 classification of Saint Emilion and confirmed in 2012 There are two other Saint Emilions made from separate plots; the Croix Cardinale and the Secret de Cardinale plus a second wine made from the younger vines the Bois Cardinale

Thick and dark red in the core with a raspberry purple rim. The nose is very floral, with aromas of roses and violets over full dark blueberry with hints of plum and vanilla.
