Add your reviewI bought two bottles of this wine from the website www.bidforwine.co.uk/auctions/show/32663 for £13.50.It is from Moulis-en-Medoc,a small appellation about 20 miles north of the city of Bordeaux on the Medoc peninsular which got AOC status in 1938.The Chateau is located next to Chateau Spleen in the village of Grand Poujeaux and takes the name Dutruch from the owner who established the vineyard in the mid 19th century but it is now owned byJean-Baptiste Cordonier and his wife Nathalie.The property consists of 30 hectares and the wine is made up of 50% cabernet sauvignon,45% merlot,3% petit verdot and 2% cabernet franc and is aged for a year in oak barrels.On Tuesday night I fried myself a pork chop for my dinner and opened the first bottle and I have to say that I thought it a very good claret and I enjoyed it.There is plenty of blackcurrant and plums style fruit and it is soft and mellow.It did not show its age at all.This is definitely a quality bottle of wine
