Château du Cèdre Malbec Cahors Cèdre Heritage 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

This is Malbec-territory: Dark and opaque, its intense bouquet is full of dark fruit, smoke, chocolate and spices. Dense and soft, wild but homey, you will love to crunch the crispy tannins, that tickle your palate, before taking a rest at the bottom of the glass amidst aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and dark fruit. Food recommandation : This wine has great aromatic strength and pairs perfectly with local dishes: magret, confit, cassoulet...
