- Light, garnet/purple color. Pleasant nose of cassis and red fruit. In the mouth, medium to light bodied; fragrant; supple and smooth; very fruity with a long finish of pure raspberries. Like any Beaujolais cru, can be kept for the next 2 or 3 years. Drinks well at all times and can accompany any food.
