Château des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse 2007

Member Review by Jordanis:

A different experience from my usual thing. I really like the main flavors, it has an almost buttery feel to it. However, there is a bitter aftertaste that really knocks the wine for me. That said, I really don't have the experience with Rhône wines to make a comparison.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
