This is truly my favorite wine. It is dry and yet fragrant with floral and apple notes. It is easy enough to drink alone or is fabulous with fish, seafood, pasta or chicken.
A very nice wine. It was indeed bone dry as per the wine notes from "The Wine Society", but it also had flavours of gooseberry and pear. It was very fragrant. We had it with freshly boiled cockles (the wine notes said that it is good with seafood). Will definitely buy more of this.
