RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

This is a classic and classy Provençal rosé: dry with light berry fruit and a clean, fresh finish. Perfectly elegant alone, but it fits seamlessly into a light meal of salad and white fish.
Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines. These wines are made at three distinctively different estates in the Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations. Domaine Otts Rosé wines have a reputation of being 'the finest rosés in the world'. The De Selle winery is located on a former dwelling of the Counts of Provence, a superb 18th century country house in Provence and the über rare Clos Mireille is in La Londe, bordering the sea, not far from Fort de Brégançon in the Côtes de Provence Appellation. The rose is a wonderful pale orangey pink with golden highlights. On the nose it has fine, floral aromas opening up onto white-fleshed fruit such as peach. The palate does not disappoint, it is plump and rich, finishing on notes of citrus fruit and spices. It is the perfect accompanyment to a relaxed summer drink in the garden, on a picnic or at the beach.
