In 1985 Erling Carl, who was the founder of the Danish wine company CHRIS-WINE A/S, discovered Château de Seguin, thanks to the help from his friend Mr. Anthony Barton, the owner of Château Léoville-Barton and Château Langoa-Barton. Erling Carl bought the Château with adjoining 20 hectares of vines. It controls 135 of hectares of vineyards in the Entre-Deux-Mers region in Bordeaux. Read less
