On opening this beaut, taking an irresistible deep sniff I get notes of black forest gateaux and cherry right from the opener. Rich in fruitiness and chocolate, but upon tasting comes across as quite subtle; quite a dry texture to the mouth, but the aftertaste is delicately pleasant. This Lingers carefully for some time. Excellent choice with beef.
Rich, choclatey cocoa goodness, savory, but dry attack, and a soft lingering release.
This Bordeaux needs about 1 hour or decanting, beautiful finish for such an inexpensive wine. Hidden gem, excellent for grilled lamb.
