Light and crisp with fresh apricot green apple and lime notes the Roulerie is a great value for Vouvray and Saumur drinkers. Terrific with Asian cuisine this wine also works really well with most white fish chicken or pasta dishes as well.

A ripe, friendly style, with quince, anise and pear tartine notes backed by nicely buried acidity on the accessible finish. Drink now.

Winemaker's Notes:

*This is just a delicious sweet white* (chenin blanc) from a wonderful estate in Anjou (Loire).Sweet pink grapefruit aromas are found in the Coteaux du Layon Chaume's vibrant nose. Oily-textured, super-ripe, dense, and refined wine with mouth-coating fresh, sweet red/yellow fruits. This might well be served with dessert or _AS_ dessert.
