Had this with dinner at the Castle of Blois in the Loire, France. The castle was excellent with a light show inside at night running through its history but the meal was even better, especially given this very flavorful surprise wine. Most Touraine/Loire wines are more delicate (which I personally feel to often be somewhat bland) but this one--even for a cab franc--had a very nice nose and great depth of flavor. I'd give it 90-92 points.
