Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

This is easily one of the most exciting premium wines in the entire store. This wine exemplifies hedonism with it's exotic sweet fruits profile, unctuous texture and the unmistakable character of truffles (as the name implies). Drinking this now is sinful (in a very good way), but should mellow out over the next 15 to 20 years.
