Add your reviewVery juicy - nose of cherry and jolly ranchers. Practically zero tannins, enough bit to keep it interesting, but very soft and smooth. The finish has some heat from the alcohol, but overall a very light wine.
Some riesling-esque petrol and minerality on the nose. Red apple, dried leaves. On the palate, some red apple and hints of pear. Interesting nuances. Drinks nice. 11/19/11

Brouilly De La Chaize 750ml This ruby-coloured wine is rich in fruit aromas . It is made exclusively out of Gamay , a black grape with a white juice. The vine harvest is handmade according to a very strict selection of the ground provenances.
Wine Tasting NotesThe wine has greater body and a longer life than most Brouilly. Light and fragrant, deep purple in color, it is full of the typical berry-like flavors that are hallmarks of the best Brouilly. Serve slightly chilled. Excellent with pate, sausage, cheese, pasta salads, light meats and veal.
