Very expressive crispy wine with strong hints of lemon and minerals in both taste and smell, but also a somewhat bitter taste not unlike grapefruit.
Very light and pale colour, very clear. Some semblances of sauvignon blanc from the Loire, but also a bit like a chenin blanc from the same region. This gros / petit manseng wine from the South West of France is however more acidic (for lack of a better word). In a good way, though, if you want something very refreshing. Best suited to warm weather drinking (on a sun-flooded terrace ;-)
