From an old Lot line, working for over a century in the wine business the Vigouroux family has gained frame thanks to know-how that is transmitted between the generations.
Very luscious. Got a load of plum. Full mouth feel. Super yummy.
Nicely aged but still full of loud spicy sweet sweet fruit. A little powdery like a lot of French wines I like. Overall a killer bottle.
There's a lot of age on the nose. Good acids in the mouth and nice fruits (plums and bitter cherries), its a touch tart on the finish, and has a really leathery component. Not bad for the price.
