Great Aromas; Round and Fat; Balanced Throughout

Very deep garnet color. Nose of red berries and cassis. Medium bodied, smooth and velvety with opulent fruit flavors (raspberries and cassis). Very smooth tannins; no harshness here. Pleasant finish where Merlot dominates. Will improve over the next year and age well for 2 to 4 years. Each bottle is numbered and has an excellent cork... not your usual “Simple Bordeaux”! Will go well with lamb, veal or poultry.
