This dry and aromatic rosé has a lovely balance between structure and flavour.It also has a velvety charming mouth, quite unusual for a dry rosé. It is a blend of shiraz and grenache. Once picked it is left to macerate during a whole night before being bled and fermentates at an average temperature of 17° C. This ensures that the wine is always fresh and aromatic. Its deep pink coulour and its wonderfully rich aromas of red fruits and lollipop should seduce you!

40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Rolle - This is lightly fruity on the nose but it has an underlying sweetness that supports waxy cherry fruit with gentle chalk tones and a lovely lemon verbena accent. This is really playful in the mouth with a superb fruit/acid balance that allows thus noticeably fruity wine to fill the mouth but remain zippy and energetic at the same time. There’s some fine complexity here, a touch of mineral, some dried herb, a touch of leather, and the wine finishes with a blaze of acid driven red fruits and a long, lingering spice and mineral finale. Vibrant berry pink color. Lots of apple and blackberry; nicely balanced.
Fresh acidity made this wine really nice, Light bubble gum flavor with figs and passion fruit
I really enjoyed this rose, I got a floral nose with hints of watermelon and green apple. This is a crisp rose with nice acidity, I would enjoy it on it's own on a warm summer day or evening
