RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

This robust red from Southern France has been a consistent value for several vintages. A blend of Syrah and Mourvedre with a dash of Grenache, this is cheaper than a Crozes-Hermitage and it might just fool your palate into believing it is from our friends in the Northern Rhocirc;ne. Yoursquo;ll find lovely flavors of dark berries, complemented by hints of bacon, olives, and mushroom. Mmmhellip; sounds like a good topping to a burger. So naturally, this wine will pair well with a burger from your grill, no matter what the topping.
A powerful, well-structured red, with a strong minerally cast to the red berry and kirschlike flavors. Very focused, with intense milk chocolate and mocha notes driving the fresh finish. Drink now through 2015.
Gorgeous aroma of rose hips, currant and spice, with luscious flavors of dark plum, smoke and mocha. Plenty of baby fat in this, but powerful as well, with a long, structured finish of pepper, brick and mineral. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvegrave;dre. Drink now through 2012.
This blend of Syrah, Mourvegrave;dre, Grenache, and Cinsault (40, 40, 10, 10) is the wineryrsquo;s flagship red mdash; a very substantial wine with hearty flavors and meaty texture. The opaque blend of sweet black fruit and ripe berry at the core is accented by violet, anise, mineral, and tar/coffee elements lending a complexity that makes this wine both massive and interesting! The 2000 (whatrsquo;s left) was rated 92 by the Wine Spectator. The 2001 tastes even better mdash; if thatrsquo;s possible.
Dense, opaque red with copious amounts of Syrah and Mourvedre. Spicy, with black pepper and Mediterranean herbs underlying chewy blackberry fruits. Bold and assertive, a perfect complement to roast lamb and rosemary potatoes.
