- This wine is sparkling in colour, yellow with hints of green. It is powerful and true to type in its intensity - a perfect image of its soil. The bouquet melts into a harmonious complexity of fresh fruit (apricots, peaches, quinces...), spices (vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg), combined with the subtility of its taste from wood. In the mouth it is mild and bivalent... the body of a wine to lay down. The aroma of citrus fruit and of orange peel concludes with a very agreeable liveliness in the taste.
