The Château de Capitoul is located in the La Clape region of the Languedoc, in the south of France and the wines are classified "Appelation Côteaux du Languedoc La Clape". Charles Mock is the owner and winemaker of this excellent property and he has owned the estate since 1983, building up a fine reputation for making wines with great character and typicity. The property has 63 ha. of vineyard, and makes predominantly red wines. 'Le CAP Blanc Languedoc' displays a starbright and pale lemon yellow colour with a citrussy and tropical fruit nose. On the palate it is characterized by pure and lively aromas with dried apricots, honey and wild herbs on the finish. This wine is great for apéritif or as a match for starters, fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
