Winemaker's Notes:

(Kosher for Passover/ Mevushal) The Entre-deux-Mers region, "between two seas" lies between two rivers, the Garonne and Dordogne. The area benefits from the influence of two tides which creates a unique micro-climate. The soil consists of an optimal mixture of clay, chalk and limestone. 100% Sauvignon Blanc vinified at low temperature after an extended period of skin contact. Lively and fresh with concentrated tropical flavors. Bottled as soon as possible to ensure that the wine retains its youtful freshness.
