Chateau Darzac Entre-Deux-Mers 2016

External Review by Wine Gems @ Perriello's:

Bordeaux, FranceChateau Darzac Entre-Deux-Mers is a beautiful white blend of 36% Semillon, 26% Sauvignon Blanc, 22% Muscadelle and 16% Sauvignon Gris. The grapes come from 30-year-old vines planted in limestone-clay soils. Chateau Darzac Entre-Deux-Mers is medium in body with a rich mouthfeel and notes of fresh citrus, melon and green apples. It is crisp and clean on the long finish.Chateau Darzac Entre-Deux-Mers pairs perfectly with grilled snapper, roast chicken, summer salads and mild cheeses.
