Chateau d'Aiguilhe Cotes de Castillon 2010

Member Review by zufrieden:

John Talbot, we love ye. You may have lost the Battle of Castillon (July 17, 1453), but the regionally defined wine is great - especially in 2010. This wine has cedar (and I know about cedar), chocolate and cherry on the nose - with a hint of vanilla spice (oak treatment). The entry is spicy with blackberry, chocolate and a hint of tannin. This will age another 5-7 years at least, but is delicious now. Bordeaux communes take note. 90 points.
