Ageworthy Sauternes from a small winery in Bordeaux. This dessert wine has lots of botrytis and is very complex on the palate - ripe peaches, apricots, dried pears, lanolin and soft acidity.

Apple pie and lemon tart aromas follow through to a full body, with medium sweetness and a lively, bright finish of citrusy acidity and spiciness. Very young. Powerful. Best after 2012.

This affordable Sauternes is jam packed with spicy botrytis flavors, especially in ripe vintages such as this one. Grab a slab of foie gras and get ready to enjoy the opulence of this lush, silky bottle.

[Barrel tasting] Aromas of honey, dried apple and pear. Full-bodied, medium-sweet, with a solid core of fruit and honey character. Very impressive. Fresh. Juicy.
