A delicate and fresh white with a brilliant nose of citrus and hints of floral. The palate is full and complex, with a sappy mouthfeel and a long finish.

A classic blend of Seacute;millon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, Chacirc;teau Coustaut is unoaked, allowing the pure citrus flavors to shine without any interference. A must for spring!

The smell of this wine reminds me of walking through a forest. Although there is nothing distinctly “forest,” like a lot of pine or grass on the nose, wonderful smells such as these, along with a touch of apple and honey, come together to trigger memories of hikes through wooded areas in those summer months between school. These same smells translate onto the tongue along with a level of acidity to make it a very refreshing wine. Enjoy yourself during those summer months, but revel not only in the wine but in the fact that you don’t have to go back to school and that you can enjoy this wine beyond those summer days.

More reserved and elegant than your average Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has a round mouthfeel with citrus and herbal flavors. Wines from Graves are known for their distinctive minerally finish, and this one is no exception.

Bright, fresh nose of lemony fruit. On the palate, moderately firm, refreshing acidity, nice citrus fruit and a slight herbal twinge. It has drive, intensity and true refinement. A classic blend of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle, this fine example will please white wine aficionados everywhere.
