Clos de Menuts:
Clos de Menuts is a wine produced by Maison Rivière in Saint Emilion, Bordeaux in France. The estate was acquired by the Rivière family in the 1950s, adding to their already successful legacy of regional wines. The estate rests on 38 hectares of well-draining limestone, clay, sand and iron-rich soil. The wine consists of 85% Merlot with 10% Cabernet and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Good bit of oak on the nose, very faint strawberry on the finish; mainly vegetable - tomatoes, herbs, a spicy note as well.
